ELON MUSK COMPANY IS OPEN FOR JOB APPLICATIONS

With two Starship announcements in two weeks, Elon Musk seems to be on a hiring-roll. SpaceX will be holding a career day at the Stargate Building in Boca Chica, TX this Thursday to recruit new engineers, supervisors and support personnel to accelerate Starship development 24/7.

SpaceX’s Starship is an ambitious spacecraft that is designed to carry both crew and cargo to Earth's orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. It is estimated to be the world’s most powerful launch vehicle ever developed, with the ability to carry in excess of 100 metric tonnes to Earth orbit.
SpaceX has been rapidly iterating on the design of Starship with orbital-flight targeted for 2020.
Even reading about the Starship is enough to make everyone excited, however, actually working on it would be an absolute dream. Musk has previously stated that he welcomes all people from all sorts of different backgrounds.

In a 2014 interview with Auto Bild, Musk said, “There’s no need even to have a college degree at all or even high school. If somebody graduated from a great university, that may be an indication that they will be capable of great things, but it’s not necessarily the case. If you look at, say, people like Bill Gates or Larry Ellison, Steve Jobs, these guys didn’t graduate from college, but if you had a chance to hire them, of course, that would be a good idea.”
He backs up his claims by saying, “If there’s a track record of exceptional achievement, then it’s likely that that will continue into the future.”

He seems to be still on the same page regarding requirements. Starship's main priority is to staff up 4 production shifts for 24/7 operations, but engineers, supervisors, and support personnel are needed too.
So, here is the recipe for getting hired by Elon Musk:
A super-hardcore work ethic,
Talent for building things,
Common sense,
Trustworthiness.
And of course, lastly, being lit in general.
