Work have never gotten interesting especially when we live in a world of possibility despite the fact that this possibility are wide open to many only few makes sees of it

but nevertheless the few who sees this are suppose to use it as an avenue for others to eat the question still remains are these few in a good way create the working system in which they placed their working conditions of those newly found company easy for the many who couldn't find the possibility of building their company but opportune to work in an already build company.


The fact remains for a person to build a company he or she has sacrificed  to achieve that niche he/she is receiving the accolades attributed to its success, and maintaining it for a while. scare of running into a debt or closure he/she does all it takes even to apply stricter rules on employees or staff of the company thereby creating a form of authoritarian on the employees or staff.

Closely looking at it one may look inferior but forget that it's a two way effect lose your job stay at home or look for how to create a company or understand the fear of the founder of the company, which might be thinking if the profit or gain of the company stops flowing in it might lead to the closure of the company which will also lead him/her back to square one and also many in search of possibilities for survival.


REMEDY

If only the staff have known the fear of the boss and the outcome of the boss he/she would have talk to the boss.....

Also if the boss has knew his/her harshness to the employees/staff will lead to their resignation leading to less inexperienced and committed staff resulting to reality of what he/she fears will happen suddenly happens unexpected to him.

the founder of the company could have reached a better agreement by building a good conducive working environment for his/her employees or staff.

The employee or staff also help in relieving the fear of his/her boss by introducing new ways of increasing the profit of the founder of the company.

Going forward patiently he or she would successfully gather experience from this company adding up to savings build up her own business not just starting her own but leaving a well of water from his/her boss company for someone to enjoy and a good remark which led to the building of his/her company.
